At the Escalate 2 Innovate Co-Lab, the Audience was asked to describe a problem. The problems were then categorised into Service Delivery, Procurement and Tendering, Communications and Open Data, Internal and Organisation, and open data.

After morning tea, the group broke out into smaller, self selecting, groups to develop an action plan for each Category.

After Lunch, the facilitator from each group presented their group's action plan. The format and involvement was also the subject of prolonged discussion
