Spindler’s Reserve, Taylor St North Playground,
In accordance with Council’s Community Consultation process, upgrade works are proposed to be carried out within Spindler’s Reserve.
Community Consultation is to include an onsite meeting on the 17th March 2012 at 2pm. Council staff will be on site to discuss the proposal and answer any questions relation to the reserve.
All the feedback from local residents and park users will contribute to the final proposed design of the reserve upgrade. The final design will be posted on site and supplied to all interested parties.
It is envisaged commencement date for construction will be mid 2012 at an estimated cost of $45,000.

WILLIAM KENTRIDGE (born 1956 Johannesburg) has emerged over the last fifteen years as one of the most influential artists and thinkers in the world
The films on show are Other Faces (purchased by the National Gallery of Australia) and related drawings, Anti-Mercator on the Artist's themes on the nature of time and Drawing Lessons a series of short films, last shown at the Louvre in 2010.

new land values have been issued to their council to use in the determination of rates.
17,862 properties in the Leichhardt local government area (LGA) have been issued with a
Notice of Valuation showing the land value of their property.
At 1 July 2011 the total value of the land in the Leichhardt LGA was estimated at $14.177
billion an increase from the July 2008 valuation of $10.891 billion.
Property sales are the most important factor in determining land
